Pablo Picasso was one of the greatest and famous artists of the world. He is widely known for his cubist movement and for the wide mixture of style that he helped develop and explore.

Its like Picasso was an artist when he was born, his first word was piz short for lapiz the spanish word for pencil. His father Ruiz, an artist and art professor, gave him a good education in art at the age of 7. At the age of 9 picasso drew his first painting named le picador.(a man riding a horse)

Pablo Picasso died on 8 April 1973 in France when him and his wife Jacqueline invited  friends for dinner. His final words were "Drink to me, drink to my health, you know I can't drink any more.

Our topic for this term is Art Alive and it all about drawing design,paintings and partains. Sofar we have learned about Picasso,Daniella Hulme,Henri Matisse,Claude Monet and Vincent Van Gogh. This is my picture that I draw in contrast to Henri Matisse picture.
